As you use the app, we collect your lesson progress, XP earned, streak data, and usage patterns to personalize your experience.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and personalize the Finlo learning experience
- Track your progress across lessons and chapters
- Maintain your streak and XP records
- Send you daily lesson reminders (if enabled)
- Improve our content and app experience
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored securely on Google Cloud Platform servers. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Your password is hashed using bcrypt and is never stored in plain text.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all associated data
- Export your data
- Opt out of non-essential communications

Cookies and Analytics
The Finlo mobile app does not use cookies. We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the app is used, without tracking individual users across other apps or websites.
Children’s Privacy
Finlo is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us immediately.
